Purpose
Pumps artesian oily-water type 12NA-9x4 (1,2,3,5,6), designed for pumping, as well as pumping from underground reservoirs of oil and oil products, weighing not more than 0,97h103 kg/m3, with a kinematic viscosity of 0, 01h10-4 to 0,8h10-4 m2/s, having solids up to 0.2 mm, the volume concentration of less than 0.2%. Temperature of oil pumped from 258 to 353 K (minus 15 to plus 80 C), a viscosity of not more than 4h10-4m2/s. The pumps are manufactured in climatic version and category of placing U1; U2; V3; UHL4; T2; T3, OM2, T5, when operating in accordance with GOST 15150-69.
Pumps, composed of units in accordance with GOST 27.003-90, are general-purpose products, type 1, is recovered.
The units are made in industrial explosive performance and are used to pump petroleum products in potentially explosive and fire hazardous industries and installations.
Design
The pump consists of three main components: a pump part, a pressure column and a support strut. The electric motor is mounted on the support column. Centrifugal pump, sectional, vertical axial intake of liquid. The stator of the pumping unit consists of buildings suction sections and interconnected via pins. pump section housing a directing device with spatial blades providing axial liquid input to the next impeller, to prevent twisting of the flow in front of the first impeller in the intake pipe has radial ribs. Number countershaft units depends on the length of the discharge column.
The connection of individual links of the intermediate shaft by means of threaded couplings, cutting direction which is opposite to the direction of rotation of the pump shaft in order to avoid loosening. The support column has thrusting his knee, joined the penstock. The shaft seal in place of the output from the pressure exercised knee single mechanical seal or packing with soft padding.
