Purpose

Unit of electrical submersible centrifugal HB (E) 50/50 is designed for pumping a mixture of water and oil from underground drainage tanks with solids, the maximum volume concentration does not exceed 1.5%, a temperature of 258 K to 353 K (from -15 to + 80 °C), density of 1000 kg/m³ and a kinematic viscosity of up 30h10-6m²/s.

The units are manufactured in industrial design with sealing gland packing, and performed for vzryvoopasnyhi flammable plants with mechanical seal.

Design

HB unit (E) consists of a 50/50 electric motor mounted on the support body, and transmission of pump parts.

The transmission portion includes upper and lower suspension, the intermediate bearing and shafting, composed of the upper and lower shafts. The fluid is fed from the pumping unit to the discharge nozzle through a separate pressure pipe. Compound of upper and lower shafts together - screw.

The pumping part - single-stage vertical centrifugal pump with axial intake of liquid.
