Pumps NV [NV(E), NVD, ANTsP]

The SoyuzNasosMash company manufactures centrifugal semi-submersible pumps of the NV type [NV(E), NVD, ANTsP] with a flow rate from 3 to 500 m³/h and head from 4 to 125 m.
 HS Code: 8413 70 21 00.

Application

These pumps are primarily intended for pumping:

  •  formation water,
  •  stormwater runoff,
  •  water condensate,
  •  water–petroleum mixtures,
  •  heavily contaminated drainage water mixed with petroleum products,
  •  petroleum products,
  •  water–oil emulsions,
  •  commercial oil,
  •  light petroleum products,
  •  gas condensate,
  •  and other media from various containers (tanks, storage containers for oil and oil products, as well as from underground drainage tanks of type EP and EPP).

Liquid characteristics

Allowable solid inclusions:

  •  volume concentration up to 10%,
  •  particle size up to 10 mm,
  •  temperature from 213 K to 353 K (–60 to +80 °C),
  •  density up to 1200 kg/m³,
  •  kinematic viscosity up to 30×10⁻⁶ m²/s.

Design

The NV [NV(E), NVD, ANTsP] unit consists of:

  •  a centrifugal, vertical, semi-submersible pump with central suspension and a side discharge pipe,
  •  an asynchronous electric motor,
  •  a support column mounted on a baseplate.

The transmission includes:

  •  upper and lower suspensions,
  •  an intermediate bearing,
  •  and a shaft system made up of upper and lower shafts.

Pumped liquid moves from the pump section to the discharge flange through a dedicated discharge pipeline.

The pump conforms to GOST 32601-2013 (ISO 13709:2009) – VS4 design.

Shaft connection (upper and lower) – threaded (or coupling/insert on customer request).

Pump section: single-stage centrifugal vertical pump with axial inlet.
 Pump components:

  •  casing lowered below baseplate via suspension sections,
  •  shaft rotor assembled with couplings,
  •  bearings: top – angular contact ball bearing; others – sleeve bearings.

Bearing lubrication:

  •  sleeve bearings: by pumped liquid via internal pipeline,
  •  rolling bearings: with grease.

Pump casing: spiral volute guide apparatus.
Discharge pipe: routes liquid from the casing to the baseplate and then to the external piping system.

Impeller: placed inside the casing.
 Shaft seal at the baseplate.

Motor-to-shaft connection: flexible coupling (pin-bushing or disc-type, depending on application).

Pump unit is supplied complete with baseplate and electric motor.

Baseplate dimensions comply with GOST 12815, GOST 33259.
Dy, Py, and sealing surface types (raised face, tongue, groove, male, female) – coordinated with customer. Custom flange options are available.

Filter is installed at pump inlet.

Execution Variants

  •  General industrial version: stuffing box seal
  •  Explosion/fire-hazard zones: mechanical seal (or magnetic coupling – hermetic).
  •  Explosion-proof motor included when used in hazardous areas.
  •  Flanges conform to GOST 12815-80.

Design Features

  •  Open-type impellers (closed impellers with replaceable wear rings optional depending on liquid).
  •  Version with double mechanical seal (designation 55):
    • Comes with UT2-50 seal and seal support system per GOST 32600, Plan 52.
    • Plan 52: buffer fluid circulates at near-atmospheric pressure between seal and external tank.
      • In idle state: heat dissipation via convection.
      • In operation: internal impeller-driven circulation.
    • Includes BBZh buffer tank, autonomous cooling for the seal.
  •  Optional monitoring: leakage sensors, float level switches, vibration, bearing/motor temperature, control and protection stations.
  •  Outdoor installation possible without cover (climatic version UHL1 per GOST 15150).
  •  Materials of submerged and wetted parts selected per medium and customer requirements.

Material Codes (Flow Part)
