Chemical semi-submersible pumps HPV, HPV(E)

Purpose

The submersible chemical pumps and pump units of the HPV and HPV(E) types are designed for transferring mildly aggressive and neutral liquids with a density not exceeding 1050 kg/m³, containing solid inclusions up to 0.2 mm in size with a volume concentration not exceeding 1.5%.

Currently, electric pump units are manufactured in two types:

  •  HPV — for general industrial applications
  •  HPV(E) — in explosion-proof design

Pump Unit HPV 80-50-200-D, where:

  •  HPV – vertical submersible pump
  •  80 – inlet nozzle diameter, mm
  •  50 – discharge nozzle diameter, mm
  •  200 – impeller diameter, mm
  •  D – flow path material: chromium steel 20X13L

Example: Pump HPV(E) 50-32-200-D-55

Pump Unit HPV(E) 50-32-200-D-55, where:

  •  HPV(E) – vertical submersible pump in explosion-proof design
  •  50 – inlet nozzle diameter, mm
  •  32 – discharge nozzle diameter, mm
  •  200 – impeller diameter, mm
  •  D – flow path material: chromium steel 20X13L
  •  55 – mechanical seal type: double mechanical seal
