Centrifugal pumps and units 20A-artesian water 18h1 (2,3,4,5,6) is designed for pumping and pumping water from underground reservoirs, and other liquids, non-corrosive to ferrous metals and rubber, with a content of solids of not more than 0 1% (by weight). Water temperature - up to 308 K (35 °C), other liquids-from 233 K to 353 K (from minus 40 to plus 80 °C).
Design
Pumping units consist of an electric motor mounted on the support body, transmission and pump parts. The pumping part - vertical centrifugal and axial intake of liquid pump. Transmission of the type A pump is a shafting with intermediate bearings connecting the pump to the motor and mounted inside the discharge pipe. Lubrication of bearings and transmission parts of the pump is carried out by the pumped liquid. Grease thrust bearings - oil. Thrust bearings installed in the bearing housing.
The seal pump shafts - stuffing box, on request, can be equipped with mechanical seal.
